Best Moe Tournament is a character popularity contest that started in 2006.
In Winter-Spring season, Male division is held, while the Female division is held during Summer and Fall.
Animation characters debuted from Korea or Japan are eligible for this contest.

Best Moe Tournament hopes to become more than mere popularity contest into festival of fans.
It wishes to promote sharing of differing views and affection between groups of people that seldom had opportunity to interact with each other.
Please consider posting of your thoughts on Anizone English forum dealing with Best Moe Tournament.
The real value of participation lies in opportunities to let the world know of your views and in finding out how diverse a view the world has,
